WHAT WE’RE SEEING SO FAR
The Better Than Ready x Zegota filly has now completed an excellent first preparation and has headed to Shailer Farm for a well-earned spell.
She continued to impress us throughout her time in the stable, taking every stage of her education in her stride and improving both physically and mentally with each week of work. A filly with a lovely action and an outstanding attitude, she adapted seamlessly to the Gold Coast training environment and quickly built a strong foundation for her racing career.
Her preparation concluded with valuable barrier education and an educational jump-out, where she loaded professionally, handled the occasion with confidence and showed a nice turn of natural speed when asked. It was the perfect way to round out a highly productive first campaign.
Now enjoying four to six weeks in the paddock at Shailer Farm, she'll have the opportunity to continue strengthening and maturing before returning to work as an even more furnished filly. We couldn't be happier with the progress she's made and are excited to see what her next preparation holds.
